The scope and complexity of a project will have a major influence on how much effort we put as a structural engineer in structural planning/design of any facilities. Overall target and performance level desired by the client guide us to set our scope in structural work, and we also help in setting the right performance objective by the client, as in many cases, the client does not have this idea.
