The concept of forming a professional and competent structural firm was realized more and more after working in a number of private and government projects. Its importance was felt even more after the devastating April 2015 Gorkha Nepal Earthquake. Pro Eth was therefore, established in July 2015, with a goal of providing Professional and Ethical consulting services in the domain of Structural Engineering.

Pro Eth is trying to break away from the mainstream way of approaching structural engineering consultation practice prevailing in Nepal i.e. just providing services necessary to meet the design code compliance and prepare necessary documentation for approval processes and neglecting all the essential and important aspects of structural engineering associated with the project.
