Architectural Features: 2 and half storey RC building of total height 30ft from the plinth level. The plinth is at 2.5 ft from the ground surface and covers an area of 1300 sq.ft. Total floor area in the building is about 3000 sq.ft.

Structural Features: 14″*14* and 14″*12″ columns, 9″*14″ floor beams, slab of 5″ thickness and variable footing size to give the building a strong and stable structure.
