Objectives:

1. To study the demographic, physical, economical and socio-cultural features of Jufal and its relations with neighbouring municipalities.
2. To identify the financial, social, cultural, economic, educational, infrastructure development & environmentally sensitive areas of Jufal.
3. To analyse and enhance the social, economic, and cultural development of Jufal.
4. To review the current situation of Jufal in order to reveal the future desires of the beneficiaries. Also, the current issues and problems shall be addressed so that a balanced, sustainable & well-organized physical development is achieved.
5. To find out the role and function of Jufal in the region and to analyse constraints and different development/economic potentials (area of comparative advantage and lead sectors) of the areas.
6. To enhance the infrastructure and other urban facilities of Jufal.
